Also we have learned how to design an image for screen printing using Photoshop applications , CorelDraw , Freehand or any other application that you know . And now see how the screen printing process . ok , now we will provide manual screen printing stages.
Prepare the following tools

chemical light
Hardener ( hardener screen )
The results of the print image ( remember the color should be black )
Screen printing table or board and given a glue table

cooking oil
Water spray ( bird spray )
Chemical / Paint and Ink / Pigment Colour

Mix a mild chemical emulsion and sensitizernya bowl then stir . Then apply the front and back of the screen using the former prime thin card , as shown below so that spread to the surface and wait until slightly dry .
